Return And Exchange Policy

At Everlasting Beauty LLC, we prioritize the satisfaction and safety of our customers. Due to the nature of our beauty products, we have established the following return and exchange policy:



No Returns.

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns on any products to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our beauty supplies.



Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

Eligibility: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same item.

Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.

Process:

We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.



Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
