Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, a notification with tracking information will be sent.



Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM EST.



Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Expedited Shipping: $15.95

Overnight Shipping: $29.95



Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

O. Boxes and APO/FPO: Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses is available via USPS only.



Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order through the carrier’s website or our Order Tracking Page.



Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
